As a leader in the hospitality sector, Accor has always been driven by a mission to continually elevate the guest experience. When tasked with the question, 'How can we bring back customers during off-peak hours?', the challenge went beyond simply filling rooms—it was about reimagining the hotel experience during quieter times. To tackle this, we dove deep into understanding the market, uncovering the needs of the guests, and identifying the pain points that affected their experience. Through this research, we set the stage for creating innovative solutions that not only brought guests back during off-peak hours but also enriched their stay, making each visit feel special and memorable.

The journey began with a thorough qualitative research phase, during which user interviews revealed the core issues they were facing. The objective was to gain a deep understanding of user needs and identify the key challenges to address.
